Best Western Premier The Central Hotel & Conference Center - Harrisburg

Stayed here with my daughter and everything was great. Delicious and incredible breakfast was a bonus. I loved high-class rooms with the window facing the main interstate highway and the staff were accommodating and efficient.

Hotel was truly exceptional and pretty standard, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The room was well-appointed and top-notch with a tv.

It was clean and friendly and convenient location to Hershey car show.

We were not informed of extra costs, such as beds/etc

I had reasonably priced room with 2 bedrooms. Also, location was marvellous, relatively near Eastern University.

Clean,nie atmosfere

That the breakfast was not included,how ever we ate at the restorant in hotel,first we were overcharged because the kids were free,second the staff was not professional.

We were visiting Hershey Park, which was about 20 minutes away from the hotel. It was nice to have a restaurant/lounge in the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

There was an advertisement at the front desk check-in that said you could purchase Hershey Theme Park tickets at the front desk. Each time we inquired about the tickets, we were told we had to go to the near by grocery store to purchase them. Although the pool was plenty large, the smell of chlorine was so strong, you could not stay in the pool area for very long. It was really awful!

I booked a 2 bed room , when I got there early check in they said my room was available but found out it was one bed, so I waited till late evening after the park, checked in and went to the room to find there again was one bed. Not much on the communication I guess but otherwise it was nice!

The way the hotel was set up. The rooms were very nicely kept and all of the extras they gave in the room (water, personal hygene products) The staff was helpful and the decor was beautiful in the lobby

The pool was packed with 25 kids for a birthday party running and jumping into the pool. Very unsafe for my 2 year old as the other 25 children were monopolizing the pool and being very uncurteous of others. Games in the game room were not working and the pool temperature for being a heated pool was very uncomfortable (cold). I am still wondering why the gentelman in front of me at registration was given 4 $7.95 coupons for the buffet but when I inquired about it, I was advised I was to pay the full $12.95. I booked on line, had a confirmation number yet when I arrived at the hotel, I was told I did not have a reservation. The hotel never received my reservation from the web site I booked on.

We had an amazing time exploring the nearby Kohl Memorial Park just under 2 km away, and the staff was super friendly and helpful .

Exercise room looks like it has not been cleaned in a 100 years.

It was very easy to access and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I loved that they had a place to eat connected to the hotel. We have young kids and had a very long road trip so not having to get back in the car to eat was fantastic!

The staff went above and beyond to resolve our AC issue despite the minor inconvenience.

We did not spend a lot of time at this hotel as we were en route to Getysburg, but it had comfortable beds and a pool, as well as free coffee and some snacks to purchase.

The rooms wer dark, with a view of the pool only and no daylight. The hotel was packed with reunion guests, including a group of 200, so their noise was quite excessive late at night and early in the morning.
